0 - 12 Months
Infants

- Diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (DTaP): Prevents three serious bacterial infections that can cause severe illness and even death.

- Pneumococcal: Protects against a bacteria that can cause ear infections, pneumonia, meningitis, and other serious infections.
- Polio: Prevents a viral infection that can cause paralysis and even death.
- Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR): Protects against three viral infections that can cause serious illness, including deafness, blindness, brain damage, and death.
- Varicella (chickenpox): Prevents a viral infection that can cause fever, blisters, and severe itching.
1 to 18 years
Children and Adolescents

- Meningococcal: Protects against a bacteria that can cause meningitis and other serious infections.
- Human papillomavirus (HPV): Protects against a virus that can cause cervical cancer, anal cancer, and other types of cancer.
- Influenza: Prevents the flu, a viral infection that can cause fever, cough, and other symptoms.
- Measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR): Protects against three viral infections that can cause serious illness, including deafness, blindness, brain damage, and death.
- Diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (DTaP): Prevents three serious bacterial infections that can cause severe illness and even death.
